DILE – Data-Informed Leadership for Equity

In collaboration with REL Midwest, the DILE partnership helps school leaders use data to identify and reduce disparities in student belonging, discipline, and absenteeism. This work integrates professional learning, tools, and coaching to support equity-focused leadership practices in middle schools and beyond.
