Demian is dedicated to educating the Whole Child, focusing on the emotional and social health of youith to enhance their academic and emotional capacity. Demian works closely with schools to implement trauma-informed practices, restorative practices, and supports administrators in understanding the dynamics of compassion satisfaction and fatigue. In addition, he facilitates co-teaching workshops and paraprofessional training seminars.
