I am an experienced educational leader and school improvement specialist with a strong background in curriculum design, diversity, staff development, and strategic financial planning. With over a decade of experience in administrative and instructional roles, I have consistently driven school improvement and fostered academic success through evidence-based strategies and collaborative leadership.
I support the CPS/IARSS Partnership as Co-Lead for the School Improvement Specialist project. In this role, I guide systemic change by coordinating professional development, implementing effective school improvement frameworks, and mentoring specialists to enhance student outcomes and organizational performance. Leveraging my diversity, equity, and inclusion expertise, I ensure that all initiatives align with equitable practices and foster meaningful stakeholder engagement.

With multiple master’s degrees in Educational Leadership and curriculum and instruction, I am passionate about fostering innovative and inclusive educational environments that empower students and staff to achieve their fullest potential.
