Data Management for Coaches: Building a System that Works

Join this workshop to learn how to streamline your time management, data collection, and coaching documentation processes using free Google Tools. This session will guide you through multiple options for coaching data management. You'll learn to create a system to track your coaching time, including building the form, adding spreadsheet formulas, and building charts and pivot tables that pipe directly into presentation tools. Along the way, we'll also demonstrate an automated coaching cycle documentation system that can create and send summary reports for the teachers you work with. Finally, we'll explore Looker Studio and practice building interactive shareable reports

What technology access would participants need?

Laptop with access to Google Calendar, Forms, Sheets, Slides, and Sites. Also need Looker Studio access which their Google Admins at their school can enable.
