Administrators will learn the value of targeted, meaningful feedback to share with early childhood teachers. Participants will also learn simple strategies for a walk-through and consultation. Administrators will discover how using technology (digital camera, etc.) can be used for coaching and reflection with teachers when providing feedback to help improve instruction strategies. As a result of this Academy, participants will develop an implementation plan focused on three specific goals.
This Academy is significantly funded by the Pre-School For All grant.
Registration will be held from 8:00 - 8:25 a.m.; class begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. Credit cannot be issued for late arrivals or early departures. Administrators' Academy Approval No. 1148 or CPD credit available. |
